Young Engineers Design Their Own Bridges!

On National STEM Day, we are excited to highlight our young engineers, who are hard at work in the Perelman Makerspace!

Second graders recently learned about different types of bridges, designed their own models, and then built them in collaborative teams. By testing the strength of their bridges, students learned to revise their designs as part of the engineering process.

Every day at Perelman, we’re building bridges to future learning!
