Gan Welcomes Junior Firefighter Visitor!

Students in Gan had a special visitor this week: Daria, a junior firefighter at Penn Wynne Fire Station! Students have been learning about community and have been discussing people who help within the community, including firefighters. They read books about firefighters prior to this visit, so they were able to use background knowledge to ask Daria all of their firefighting-related questions! Daria is a high school student who wanted to help her community and decided to study and train to be a junior firefighter. Thank you Daria for visiting!
