The rainy weather didn’t keep our Perelman community from enjoying Sukkot. Families gathered to sing, socialize, and celebrate the holiday with good friends -- a nd everyone had the opportunity to perform the mitzvah of shaking the lulav and etrog. A festive start to fall, even if a little wet and windy!
On Friday morning, our school community gathered in anticipation of Simchat Torah. We were energized and inspired by the annual reading of the Torah by our 5 th graders. Our ruach (spirit) couldn’t be contained as students and teachers danced and celebrated together. Forman Center grandparents and special guests were able to join in the fun as part of Generations Day!
With the busy chagim (holidays) behind us, we look forward to settling back into our regular schedules and learning with rigor and intention!
