Here are a few tips to help manage during these challenging times:
First of all, give yourself and your children a break, we are all doing our best in very difficult situation!
Be flexible and set manageable goals for each day, if you can make one or two things happen, then you have had a successful day!
Set your priorities - what is most important to you at this time. Focus your goals and efforts on your priorities and ask for help when needed.
Look for the moments of peace and joy; notice them and be grateful for them.
Take time (with undivided attention) for each other in your home or on the phone/technology with a friend or family member.  Connection to others is so important.
Listen to your children and answer their questions.  Reassure them that you are doing everything to keep them safe.  Remind them that there are many other adults that are here to help.
Please let us know if you or your child need a little time with us, we are happy to help.
